Recreate STL files for 3D Printing output in STEP format
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I'm looking for someone experienced in product design and 3D printing to help me improve two STL files. The final products will serve as prototypes, but the complexity lies in the need for multiple functional moving parts.
Key Requirements:
- The product should be 3D printer-ready, specifically for use with Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS).
- The files need to be optimized. This will likely involve increasing the thickness and adjusting the dimensions.
- The moving parts should operate smoothly, with proper thickness , support and clearance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Familiarity with ABS materials for 3D printing
- Adept in refinement of STL files
- Comprehensive understanding of dimensions and scaling necessary for functional moving parts
- Proven track record in similar projects
I am currently experiencing issues with 2 STL file where they are not fitting to be used for 3D printing. I am looking for an experienced freelancer well-versed with 3D modelling, STL files, and 3D printer software who could carefully analyze my current files and suggest as well as implement all the necessary modifications.
File is of a custom designed Headphone like instrument with certain moving parts , hinges , adjustment straps etc.
Second file is for a breathlyzer, unable to attach the file, kindly check on chat for second file.
Your tasks will include, but not limited to:
-redesign this in CAD software to be 3d printed perfectly
- Analyzing and identifying the issues preventing the files from being 3D printed.
- Scaling or resizing the models if required.
- Repairing mesh errors observed in the models.
- Optimizing the wall thickness for better quality prints.
