OpenSees software for High-Rise building using Seismic Retrofit base isolation

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I have a set of high-rise buildings that must be taken from their current design state to a demonstrably higher level of earthquake resilience. To do that, I need three tightly connected tasks completed:

• Build and calibrate detailed structural models in OpenSees.
• Run nonlinear time-history and pushover analyses that capture expected ground motions for our region.
• Translate those findings into a practical seismic retrofitting scheme, complete with drawings, member schedules, and a concise design report.

Please base all work on current international seismic provisions and clearly document every modeling assumption. I will consider the job finished when I receive the OpenSees input files, analysis output, and a retrofit package that shows demand-capacity checks and confirms the target performance level is achieved.
