Open Office 3D Renderings

I need high-quality, realistic 3D renderings for an open office space. This includes a kitchen/breakroom, a 23-cubicle bullpen, 9 glass-walled offices, a meeting room, an executive office, a conference room, and phone booths. I am attaching a marked up layout, and simple renderings of what the space should look like. I am also attaching a sample redering that shows the quality of work needed from your end.

Key Requirements:
- Design Style: The 3D renderings should reflect a minimalistic design style.
- Level of Detail: The renderings should be high-quality, with realistic textures, lighting, and decorations. It should be a step above just including walls, doors, and windows, as well as furniture and fixtures.

• Kitchen/Breakroom: The breakroom should include high-top chairs and tables. The kitchen shall include: One large refrigerator, upper and lower cabinets, quartz countertops, floor mounter drinking water machine
• Bullpen area: 23 cubicles arranged in 3 rows.
• 9 enclosed offices along the north wall, featuring frameless glass walls/doors. The glass should extend from the floor to 6 inches below the ceiling (with a 6-inch header drop from the ceiling).
• Meeting room: One meeting room with two glass walls.
• Executive office: One executive office with one glass wall.
• Conference room: One conference room with one glass wall and two doors.
• Two phone booths.
• Each office should include a wall-mounted TV. Both the meeting and conference rooms should also have wall-mounted TVs.
Finishes (see attached images for reference):
• Ceilings: 2x4 drop ceiling tiles and grid
• Lighting: 2x4 LED’s
• Bullpen and Office Flooring: carpet tile with minor patterning
• Kitchen / Breakroom flooring: LVT in herringbone pattern
• Office walls to have wallpaper on 1 or 2 walls (each office)
• Conference Room to have wood slat ceiling and wall sections
The deliverables should include:
• 2 views of the kitchen
• 2 views of the breakroom
• 6 views of the bullpen area, with some showing the 9 offices in the background
• 2 views from a typical office
• 2 views from the executive office
• 2 views from the meeting room
• 2 views from the conference room
