Open Country Styled Home - Technical & Modeling Build

Looking for experienced help to realize a 2,600 Sqft. two story ranch home needing a full technical and creative plan. On the technical side; need blue prints such as specified slab, and pier models with patio and driveway attached; along with depiction of #3 & #4 rebar in foundation, piers, and exterior walk/ driveways. Then from there on up in a categorical building manner creating its blueprint. Lastly looking for 3D modeling and some creative animation/ landscaping renderings. All further specifications and details are attached below; this build is the first of multiple projects ongoing so really looking for someone who does good, complete work I can continue on with to complete other similar projects.
