Description:
With a huge range of clients in the luxury property development sector, we’re looking for a team, company, or freelancers to outsource 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering on an ongoing basis. We seek specialists in interior and architectural visualization (hotels, restaurants, high-end residences) to support projects across Europe.
Scope of Work:
Moodboard Interpretation: Translate interior design moodboards into 3D concepts.
Whiteboard Models: Produce clay-style, untextured 3D previews for layout approval.
Photorealistic Renders: Deliver ultra-high-quality, fully textured and lit images.
Revision Cycles: Incorporate client feedback and iterate until sign-off.
Ongoing Pipeline: Support a steady stream of projects on retainer or per-image basis.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in 3D modeling and rendering for interior/architectural projects.
Tools: Mastery of 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or equivalent.
Portfolio: Strong examples of photorealistic interiors; ready to match/exceed provided references.
Communication: Clear, timely updates and disciplined delivery schedules.
Quality Focus: Keen eye for composition, lighting, materials, and detail fidelity.

Whiteboard Render (Pre-Texturing)
Clay-style model with accurate space layout and proportions
Basic lighting setup preview (no final materials)
Final Photorealistic Render
Full lighting, textures, materials, and post-processing
High-resolution outputs suitable for marketing and client presentations
