AutoCAD and SolidWorks will be your bread-and-butter for the design work, while ANSYS is our go-to environment for simulation and thermal validation. If you already switch comfortably between these tools, you’ll feel right at home here.
Turnaround is usually measured in hours, not weeks, so clear communication and disciplined version control are essential. For each task I’ll supply design intent, boundary conditions, or performance targets; in return I need:
• A native CAD file plus neutral export (STEP or IGES)
• A concise simulation report with screenshots of meshes, boundary conditions, and temperature plots (for thermal tasks)
• A short rationale sheet for every recommended material, citing mechanical and thermal properties against the stated requirements
I review submissions the same day they arrive and provide immediate feedback, which keeps our iteration loop tight and predictable.
