Oklahoma City Building Plan Update
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have a complete set of architectural drawings, but the project has grown and the foundation now needs to be expanded. All other elements remain unchanged; the task is limited to structural modifications focused solely on the foundation.
I will share the existing CAD files (DWG and PDF) along with soil reports and survey data. Your job is to revise the structural sheets so the new, larger footprint is fully integrated, code-compliant, and ready for permit submission.
Please include:
• Updated foundation plan, sections, and details reflecting the expansion
• Any revised load calculations or schedules affected by the new footing layout
• A brief design narrative explaining the changes for the building department
Drawings must remain in the original layer structure and scale so they drop straight back into the main set without rework. Deliver in both DWG and stamped PDF.
