7500 sq ft Office Space Planning
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a comprehensive space plan for a 7500 sq ft office.
I attached the layout that I already got, but I am not really happy with this approach and this that there is better ways to utilize the space, I want some other ideas.
We got all the offices, rooms, desks etc, right, but we want to get better options. So work off the existing plan.
The most important things for us are to capture the sunlight and have a open flowing floor plan, we also need a executive suite section that's nearby, open, yet some what apart from the rest of the staff.
The current plan somewhat captures it all, but we feel we can do better.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in commercial space planning
- Experience with office layouts including private and collaborative areas
- Knowledge of ergonomic and efficient design principles
- Ability to create functional and aesthetic designs within specified budget
