3D Office Interior Design Based on Floor Plans (NEN 1824 Compliant)
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are seeking a skilled 3D designer or architect to create a visual representation of a future office space based on existing building floor plans. The objective is to convert a residential layout into a professional office environment, compliant with the NEN 1824:2010 ergonomic standards for office space planning.
We will provide:
Floor plans (PDF/JPG) of the building (ground floor, first floor, second floor).
A written description of how each room will be repurposed (e.g., living room → office, kitchen → waiting room).
General design guidelines (glazed walls with curtains, basic furniture setup, plants).
What we expect from you:
A complete 3D model of the first floor (and optionally ground floor and second floor).
Photorealistic renders (jpg/png) showing the repurposed office space.
Minimum 3 camera angles per room for real estate advertisement use.
A layout that respects the NEN 1824 space and circulation requirements (we’ll provide a summary document).
Inclusion of basic office furniture (desk, chair, guest chairs, plants, curtainable glass walls).
Delivery of the source file (.skp, .blend, Revit, or equivalent) for future edits.
