Project Overview:
Using the provided DWG floor plans and reference material, please model a 3-floor office building as accurately and closely as possible to the supplied documentation.
________________________________________
Scope of Work:
1. Modelling:
o Model the full 3-storey office building based on the provided DWG plans and reference images.
o Include all visible architectural and interior details, such as:
Skirting boards
Light fittings
Electrical switches
Any visible textures or architectural features
o Fully model the lobby area and main staircase.
o WC areas can be left empty (shells only).
2. Layer Management:
o Each floor and ceiling must be modelled on separate layers.
o This allows us to toggle floors/ceilings on or off for further coordination and additions.
3. Lighting & Rendering:
o Use Enscape for lighting and rendering setup.
o Add both natural and artificial lighting sources for accurate representation.
o Geolocate the model to its real-world position.
o Include an HDRI skyline/background that closely matches the actual site views.
4. Assets & Components:
o Create all recurring or editable elements (windows, fittings, materials) as components for ease of future editing.
o Apply clear naming conventions and groupings for efficient navigation and editing.
________________________________________
Deliverables:
• Full SketchUp (SKP) file
• All Enscape settings and presets used
• HDRI file and any externally linked textures or assets
• All files should be fully packaged and returned within 4 days
Please note: We are a large interior design firm with many projects like this. We are looking for an ongoing partnership with many projects a month.
