Numerical Simulations of flow past a cylinder

I am giving the sample geometry. Then meshing needed to be made so that it could dynamically adjust the motion of the cylinder rotationally oscillating about its axis.

Computational domain:
cylinder square side 1m
height of domain 60 m
upstream dimension 20 m
downstream dimension 40 m

You can alter/modify the domain dimension to get particular results.

Then 3D simulations need to be carried out preferably LES at different flow parameters:

Reynolds number 1000
Frequency ratio: 0.8 (ratio of forcing frequency to natural vortex shedding frequency)
Maximum oscillation amplitude 20

To determine:
Strouhal number
Affect on Coefficient of drag
Affect on Coefficient of lift
understanding the velocity contours
