Night Render ArchViz Workshop Scene (Add texture, lighting, render settings) 3DSMAX VRAY

I have a car workshop scene that needs a bit of work. I am struggling to get the graphics to look more realistic. Right now they look like 90's Nintendo 64 graphics and need some work haha. I require an Archviz 3DS MAX / VRAY artist to add some more details to this scene, add textures to replicate the example shot and add lighting and atmospherics so it looks great. Please see attached current render and desired output. We need the current scene to look as sharp as the MP4 scene, if not better. Can you help? Please explain what you will do and how long it will take.
