Nickel Aluminum Bronze Sand Casting Mold Creation with simulation

I am looking for an experienced professionnal who is proficient in sand casting and mold creation.

You will improuve and optimize a moderately complex mold from NAB bronze type C95400 or C95800

You will receive from us, the final part CAD file, and the current mold CAD files.

We have a basic mold design, your job is to optimize the mold to
- Minimize the risk of cavities
- Create hollow axes
- Minimize the machining
- Minimize the quantity of metal to remove

You are a professional of mold design, you use a software such as
Magmasoft, procast, FLOW-3D CAST, Simufact Casting, Autodesk Simulation Moldflow, AnyCasting, NovaFlow&Solid, QuickCAST etc....

Deliverable
I will send your work to the NAB casting foundery

- the mold tooling CAD files
- A Simulation of NAB casting using one of the above software Video
- A Simulation of cracks, cavities risks using of of the above software Video

Key Skills and Experience Required:
- CAD design
- Significant experience in sand casting
- Sand casting / CAD mold design / simulation of sand casting
Ability to interpret and realize moderately complex designs in mold form
