Neo-Classical Villa Interior Design & 3D Modeling
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm seeking an experienced interior designer to create a neo-classical style for a 3-floor villa, with each floor spanning about 350 square meters. You will receive mood boards, which will serve as a reference for the design aesthetic.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and modeling each space in 3D
- Providing a minimum of two angle shots for each space
- Submitting the completed 3D model
Focus areas will primarily be the living rooms and bedrooms, with a particular emphasis on creating elegant and formal atmospheres in the living rooms.
Ideal candidates should have:
- A strong background in neo-classical interior design
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Excellent understanding of spatial design and aesthetics
- Ability to deliver high-quality visual outputs
SUBMISSIONS : REV0 + REV1 & REV2 shots with minor adjustments
Project timeline:
one week for each floor REV 0 max ( one space per day )
3 weeks in total for REV0 followed by 1 to 2 weeks maximum for comments, project shouldnt exceed 6 weeks timeline
Project budget is 2250 dollars, anyone with bids exceeding that budget will not be considered
