Needing an Unreal Engine / Blender artist for a film project

I am looking for an experienced Unreal Engine / Blender artist to help me create a highly detailed building and enviroment for a music video. I am needing someone to create a detailed 3D model of the building and its surroundings, including the materials, textures, and lighting to be used in a music video. The building we are trying to recreate is 254 W 54th St, New York, NY 1001. We would like to be able to film the entire building but focusing mainly on the entrance into the building and the lobby of the building. I do have reference photos of what we are trying to recreate and story boards. I want someone who can recreate a realistic 3d Model of this building. We will be shooting this video in August.
