Need someone to 3D modelling a dress decorated with jewelries and feathers in realistic style

hi,
i would like to know if your are interested in a really urgent project.
i need some one who can 3D model a dress decorated with stones feathers and diamonds with a lot of details ,
The dress contains 3parts: 1. a top bra decorated with jewelries and feathers, 2. a pair of pants decorated with jewelries and feathers as well 3. a drape tied outside of the pants.
i have the photos and 3 extremely high poly 3D models of these objetc, i need some one who can reconstruct them or remodel them in a lower polycount model who is suitable for 3D animations and exported to be .glb file
and the problem is i will need the file to be delivered tomorow with a .blend file , substance painter file if its used and a .glb file with the full dress
