Need simple .stl design for cone

I need a simple 3d file for a cone with the following dimensions so that I can have it printed. The file should be a .stl file and something to show me a preview.

Here are the dimensions of the (slight) cone wheel is attached to the files

.stl file1

Diameter width is 8 inches wide for the cone wheel
Outside of wheel height 1inch
Inside center of wheel height 1.04 inch
Center hole of the wheel 1/2 inch

And another .stl file 2

Diameter width is 10 inches wide for the cone wheel

Outside of wheel height 1inch

Inside center of wheel height 1.04 inch

Center hole of the wheel 1/2 inch
