Need readily available sketchup model of G+1 structure of standard sizes

Hi. we need a complete sketchup model of G+1 or G+2 storey structure which has exterior, plot landscape as well as the interior furniture in place (only in sketchup model). its ok if the model is already been made for any other client. basically we need it for our portfolio we shall be changing it further as per our design language. we need around 5 models each month. we shall pay 1500/-INR per model since there shall not be any working on the model. just a readily available model we need.
please read the project brief. budget is fixed as mentioned above. "Rupees 1500/- per model"
