Need a 3D modeler

I am in need of an experienced 3D modeler who specializes in character modeling. I need a simple rigged stick man model.
I have a three.js project and it made the basic animation with dots and lines. please check the attached image.
And I am going to replace it with a simple stick man model. The model doesn't have to be realistic, it can be very simple, but it should have the same skeleton as shown in the video. And I will provide a name for each bone and you need to set the name to the name I provide.
