Need to make a hostel plus Studio Rooms in 1000 sq feet area

Need to make a hostel plus Studio Rooms in 1000 sq feet area. Need 2 dormitory (one for female and one coed, Two studio rooms with attached washrooms. A nice reception with small pantry. the washrooms can be changed in sizes but need to placed as shown in the plans due to water connections.
Need something to make the space looks bigger.
