Need iclone head of character realistic

I am looking for an experienced artist who can create a highly realistic iclone head for my project.

Requirements:
- The character's head should have a highly realistic level of detail and quality
- I have a specific reference image that I would like the artist to use as a guide for the design
- The final output should be in .obj file format
