Need 3d house visualization from floorplan

Need to make house 3d visualization for a 2000 sq ft home. Need to follow doc completely and allow multiple changes until client is satisfy. Need to know how to adjust floorplan and modify and change until floorplan is correct before 3d animation. Animation will be outside of the house with some people and inside of the house. Read the doc and follow the doc. The interior design should be scale down and squeeze into place correctly into a 2000 sq ft home.
