Need a PBR Rigged Model of a LEGO Figure

Need you to model, texture, and rig a PBR model of Robert Pattinson's batman in the quality of the image I've attached. Edge wear needs to be added. I animate in Maya and would want the rig for Maya. I will be patient and work with you throughout this to make sure we are both on the same page should I choose you. Thanks in advance!
