I’m looking for a skilled architect or 3D designer to create a professional 2D layout and realistic 3D model of my factory building. A hand-drawn raw sketch is provided in the attached image for your reference.
Key Details & Requirements:
Total plot size: 60 ft x 111 ft
Pillar spacing: All columns are placed at 15 ft intervals
Wall height: 32 ft, with a GI sheet roof
Design output needed:
2D CAD drawing with accurate measurements
3D visualization with modern aesthetics, especially for the office
High-quality renders and editable source files (AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp preferred or any other)
Factory Layout Must Include:
Machines area
Quality inspection room
Security guard room
Temple (Mandir)
Worker washroom
Office Area (on raised platform with central lobby):
MD Office
Design Room
Conference Room
Accounts Room
Pantry (on 2nd floor)
Modern interiors preferred
