Need Exterior and Interior Sketchup modeling

I am looking for a Sketchup modeler to create a 3D model for my residential building. The purpose of the model is for architectural visualization. I have existing plans that the freelancer can work with.
- For interior including a standard furniture layout "furniture that you have".
- No groups used, only components so we can edit.
Ideal skills and experience:
