Music Festival Vibrant In-Progress Rendering from existing Rendering
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are planning a festival and need a comprehensive rendering of my concept. Key elements include the following:
- A detailed crowd scene bustling with life
- A realistic representation of my envisioned surrounding environment, including the two stages, the crowd, the food vendors, the restrooms, the fish market, the VIP area, the VIP Docks with yachts of various styles etc.
This contest will be to create a bustling rendering of a large-scale event with two stages. We want to create a high-energy bustling environment. Here are the details:
Rendering of Music Festival
--- File 1 is the original file to work from of the area, this file is the file as a rendering already, will be very easy to work from this file.
--- File 2 is my sketching of the edits and updated needed and what the rendering will look like when your finished.
Each area is numbered, there are 11 areas, please label the areas in small Grey print if it says “ label it”
If it doesn’t say “label it” then it doesn’t need a label in the area.
Here are the areas explained:
1. “ Staging Area / Artist Area” - label it.
2. “This area is where some of the food vendor booths will go. - label it “Food Vendors”, please try to make it look like many food vendor booths. They usually have canopies or some are food trucks .
3. All the open area in the middle all the way down from one side to the other where there are “3”s, please insert standing people there, we want it to look busy full but with space here and there between the people so it doesn’t look overly crowded. This area does not need to be labeled as it’s obvious.
4. This area is also where more food and craft vendors will go, Label it “Food /Craft Vendors”
5. Label this area in the area as “Fish Market” it should look like a building with a patio with some tables & people.
6. This area is where some outhouses will go. Label the area tiny as “Outhouses”
7. This area will be labeled “VIP AREA”
8. This stage should be labeled “Stage 2”
9. This is the VIP docks, it should be labeled “VIP DOCKS” and have 20 boats and yachts mixed in On each side for a total of 40 boats and yachts between the inside and the outside of the VIP Dock, you can shrink the boats and yachts down in size so you can fit 20 on each side of the dock with people walking in. With a red carpet in front of each boat, this is VIP Entrance for yachts so anything to make it look upscale will be great. Maybe female hosts carrying champagne . You get the idea.
10. This is the “MAIN STAGE” and should be labeled as that.
11. This building should be labeled as “Restrooms Building.”
This is very important and time sensitive so it will pay $100 dollars and there will be a tip as well .
VERY IMPORTANT: I need this by tomorrow for a meeting. So if you want to be considered it needs to be completed in the next 12 hours.
