3D Muscle Sceleton Overlay

I'm seeking an experienced Blender 3D Artist. I need a teacher to learn how I can model a muscle sceleton that fits a specific persons dimensions. In the end it should act as an overlay for someone who is doing an exercise. The muscles should be able to contract.
