Multi-Image to Point Cloud and Polygon Mesh Converter Program

Hello,

I need a software tool that converts multi-images(tif) to point cloud and polygon mesh.

Basic Requirements

- OS: Windows (Windows 10 or 11)
- Langauge: C#
- UI: C# base (WinForms preferred)
- Can use opensource viewers and tools but should let me know what tools were used
- Provide source code and a description of solutions & algorithm



Key Feautres

1. 2D Viewer
- Shows the individual image
- user can move the slider to select which page should be shown

2. Point Cloud 3d Viewer
- Shows point cloud with colour

3. Polygon mesh 3d Viewer
- Shows polygon mesh with colour
- When any part of theh polygon mesh is clicked, show information of the polygon(volume, long axis, short axis).


Additional Conditions

- Loads files of merged tif
(size 2000x1500x16b and merged 200 pages)
- Be able to use smaller images eg. 960x720x8b
- Converts 2d merged images to 3d point cloud and polygon mesh
- Shows 2d images, point cloud and polygon meshes on viewers
- Saves .ply files with colors
- 1 pixel of image equals 1 pixel of point cloud
- Deadline is one week from start date
