I'm in need of a skilled architect who can assist me in a multitude of tasks related to a new architectural project. The focus of the project is primarily on 3D Renders, 3D Modelling, Plan Render, and Interior Design. This is a comprehensive project that also involves Architectural Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating high-quality 3D renders that accurately depict the proposed structures and spaces
- Developing detailed 3D models that can be used to understand the project's layout
- Producing accurate plan renders that can be used for planning and construction purposes
- Designing the interior spaces, ensuring they are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional
- Assisting with the overall architectural planning of the project
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in 3D rendering, 3D modelling, plan rendering, and interior design
- Strong understanding of architectural planning
- Proficiency in using relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction well
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
I'm open to various architectural styles like modern, traditional, and contemporary. I'm looking for an individual who can understand my vision and bring it to life through their expertise.
