Moving land plot borders from DWG file to SketchUp

I have a DWG file with topographic contour lines of a land plot. The contour lines have already been exploded into surface and moved into SketchUp. But I need to move the borders of plot, which is red lines on screenshot into SketchUp. So I can see the borders in SketchUp. So I can put buildings into SketchUp model and measure the distance from border to buildings.

I require full recording (video) of the job.
