3D Modular Workbench Model
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a 3D model possibly sketches but preferably cad drawings of a modular workbench on wheels, designed for my design and technology project. The workbench should consist of four differently designed wooden units that lock together, may include simple metal features e.g hardware. It needs to be relative simple to build but not boring. I would like there to be aesthetic design features such as simple routering on the doors and functional eliments such as a clamp attachment on one of the units. The bench will be just the base and no back. I would like features such as a peg board on the side, light cnc design on the top of one of the units for measuring and right angles, metal hardware. Inclued drawers, shelves, doors and any creative storage metheords.
The offical design breif is as below
The foundational idea of my project is a workbench system that allows users to choose from a range of interlocking storage unit. These include shelving units, drawers, vertical storage panels, parts bins, draw organises and additional features targets at effective tool storage. Each unit can be connected, swapped, and changed to fit an individual's, space limitations, organizational preferences, and tool requirements. The designs must be aesthetic, securely lock together, address a range of storage needs and meet safety and ergonomic standards.
Requirements:
- Use Fusion 360
- Wooden materials
- Modular and mobile design
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Fusion 360
- Experience in designing wooden structures
- Knowledge of modular design principles
- Ability to create mobile, lockable mechanisms
