Modular Rotomoulded Toilet Cabin Design

I need a robust design for a field-deployable toilet cabin produced by rotational moulding in LLDPE. The concept is fully modular: four separate wall panels clip onto a broad square base, a roof locks on top, and everything stacks efficiently for transport. I require two interchangeable bases—one with an integrated Indian-style WC and another flat, without an opening—so the wall and roof set fits either option without retooling.
Structural performance is critical. I expect finite element analysis to optimise the weight-to-strength ratio, with well-placed ribs so the unit works buried or freestanding. Please incorporate a simple passive ventilation system and a secure, lockable door in the core design.
My preferred workflow
• 3D CAD development, with files compatible with mainstream packages such as SolidWorks or Creo
• Iterative FEA reports that justify material thickness, rib pattern, and stacking load
• Final, manufacturing-ready surfaces and split lines for rotomoulding tooling
• Complete BOM and material specifications
Beyond the drawings, I would like help with both a physical prototype and vendor coordination for tooling and mould trials. If you are local to Delhi NCR or Uttar Pradesh it will simplify shop visits, but I am happy to collaborate remotely with clear communication.
