Modular Object Design for 3D Printing

Job ID: 39422535

Budget: $10 – $30 AUD

I’m looking for an experienced Fusion 360 designer with a solid understanding of FDM 3D printing and basic assembly mechanics to assist with refining an existing project file.

What the project involves:

Editing and improving an existing Fusion 360 file
Embedding small round magnets (8mm x 3mm) into multiple components
Designing additional modular parts that fit precisely on a main body
Preparing separate bodies for multi-colour printing using an AMS (Bambu Lab A1)
Adding small mechanical details like holes for pipe-cleaner-style connections (~4mm diameter)
The ideal person will be:

Skilled in Fusion 360 and efficient at working within existing files
Comfortable designing for 3D printing (especially multi-material FDM)
Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of tolerances for snap-fit or magnetic parts
Capable of clean, aesthetically pleasing surface design
I’ll provide all specific design requirements and files to the chosen freelancer.
Thanks for your interest — looking forward to connecting!
