Modular House Design (500 to 600 sqf Units)

We’re looking for a licensed architect in the province of Ontario to develop 2-3 models with the similar fabrication process/ details and different looks. You’d be working closely with design and construction team to achieve the required specifications and looks for the modules.
Must be proficient with building code, permitting requirements, construction material products in Canada, 3D modeling and realistic renderings/ visualization.
This is phase one of the complete project. This is Segway for this individual to form part of our team for the remainder of this project life.

Scope:
Exterior and interior design based on existing floor plans
Develop 3D model and realistic renderings
Develop design alternatives during design process
Develop exterior and interior renderings of different extension
Develop timelaps animation
Produce required building permit drawings and IFC drawings
Final Design to comply to :
- The National Building Code of Canada
-The Canadian Electrical Code, Part 1, for the installation of electrical systems
-The National Plumbing Code of Canada, for factory-installed plumbing and fixtures
-The National Energy Code of Buildings

We would require native files and version controls to be turned over at the end of the end of each phase.
All software used are to be free from any piracy
