Modular Construction

I am in need of a professional to undertake a modular construction project for commercial use. The scope of the project is for multiple module construction, but no specific designs have been developed yet since they need to be created from scratch. The end product of my modular construction needs to be suitable for commercial purposes.
I need to create off-site modules ready to deploy in site using cold-formed steel. i need 3D models, cinematic overview for presentation and fabrication drawings.
