Modify existing SketchUp exterior building and landscape plan and provide realistic renderings
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Using existing sketchUp files, make modifications and create 10 rendered graphics from various angles'

Modification include gradually sloping the terrain from the patio elevation to the level of the concrete dock
Remove existing stone wall railing.
Lower the stone wall to 1 layer (stone are 20" high, lying on patio level)
install stone wall on the grass along the dock ( same length as existing wall), but only single layer of stone. Stone to be used as seating on both sides.
include two gaps (evenly spaced) in the wall to allow pedestrian traffic.
Remove patio stones that are in the area directly south of the blue building. install grass in that area.
install a ramp from the new south-west corner of the patio, to the dock level. Extend ramp to west end of concrete dock.
Change the color of all patio stone west of white building to grey patio stone.
SketchUp two tents per drawings: one hex and one rectangular.
Tent top is white canvas. Tent frame is galvanized steel.
Provide one sketchup file with hex tent and another with the rect tent.
Render both versions.
Deliver all sketchUp and rendering files.
All intellectual property (IP) to be transferred to client
