Modify STL for Flashlight Holder

I need an STL file modification for a flashlight holder. The overall design should remain the same, but the holder opening needs to be adjusted to accommodate a larger flashlight.
Requirements:
- Maintain overall design integrity
- Modify holder opening size to rectangular shape
- Use provided dimensions for width and height in mm
Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Experience with STL file modification
- Attention to detail and precision in following dimensions
An STL file will be provided along with a list of necessary changes. This modified STL will be used to 3D print a functional prototype.
