Modifications to SketchUp file

Hello Freelancers,
I require a few modifications made to a SketchUp file of a large area of a city. I want to use my 3D printer to print it:
1. The model seems a bit twisted, so it needs to be turned several degrees clock-wise so that it is a nice square.
2. I require the model to be split int equal (grid-sizes) models so that I can print them individually.
That's it.
