Modest Residential 3D Architectural Rendering. Existing building plus future studio and pool.
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm seeking a talented 3D modeler capable of creating an accurate architectural model of a residential building, focusing on the exterior. The model doesn't need a detailed interior layout, but I require a moderate level of architectural details to be included.
The house is existing so there are exterior photos to work from as well as the original architectual drawings.
Its important we get the slope and boundry details of the land correct because we will be adding a pool and a studio in the future. Surveyors plan supplied.
Ideal qualifications:
- Previous experience in 3D modeling of residential buildings
- Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar for creating realistic models.
- I happy for you to use AI like midjourney , Adobe firefly etc.
- A keen eye for architectural details.
Stage 1- Existing house and deck and carport.
Stage 2- Add future swimming pool.
Stage 3- Add future studio.
