Modern Two-Story House Design

Hello. I am looking for an architect or architectural draftsman to create a visual projection of a two-story house. This is a preliminary, conceptual design to visualize how the house would fit and look on my land.Lot Details:Total Area: 282 m²Shape: Irregular, located at the end of a street next to a green area.Approximate Dimensions: Width of 26.69 m, right side of 14.7 m, back side in two sections (14.37 m and 16.04 m), and a front corner/chamfer of 4.9 m.What I Need:A basic floor plan layout or sketch for both levels (distribution of spaces).A basic 3D model or architectural render of the facade to visualize the house volume on the plot.Required Skills: AutoCAD, 3D Rendering, 3D Modelling, Home Design, Building Architecture.
