I need a creative and experienced building designer to develop plans for a modern-style, two-story residential apartment building made up of 4 units of two bedrooms each. To be build in Africa where temperature is almost 35 degrees centigrade all year round. Perfect ventilation must be consider. Kitchen must be privately located. Land size is 100ft x 100ft. It's urgent.
