Modern Tiny Cabin Plans

I’m looking for clear, build-ready architectural plans for a small, modern-style cabins that will function as a backyard office or studio. The space should stay within roughly 300-600 sq ft and feature clean lines, generous glazing, and an efficient interior layout.

Scope of work
• Basic blueprint package: scaled floor plan, two elevations, and one longitudinal section, MEPs, Foundation Plans.
• PDF sheets ready for print plus the editable CAD (DWG, DXF, or similar).
• Brief construction notes indicating wall build-up, insulation, and suggested electrical points.
• A quick 3-D massing or SketchUp view would be a welcome bonus, though not required.

Priorities
• Modern aesthetic—minimalist façade, simple roofline.
• Designed for easy backyard placement and compliance with typical North American accessory structure codes.
• First draft needed ASAP; I’ll provide rapid feedback to keep momentum.
