Modern 3-Story Home Drawings
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
The house will sit on a 30 ft × 40 ft plot and rise three full floors, strictly residential in use. I need a complete package of working drawings that marries a clean modern aesthetic with solid structural detailing so the contractor can start immediately and the plans can pass local approval without back-and-forth.
Scope
I want one living room, bedrooms, and a kitchen on every level. Beyond that, circulation, services, balconies, and any creative spatial solutions are open to your expertise as long as the modern language is maintained.
Deliverables (DWG + PDF)
• Architectural: floor plans, roof plan, reflected ceiling plans, four elevations, two building sections, door-window schedule, and focused interior details where kitchens and stairs meet the envelope.
• Structural: column grid and footing layout, beam and slab reinforcement drawings, staircase structural details, lintel and sunshade details, and a concise design report with load calculations (STAAD, ETABS, or equivalent).
• Coordination sheets for plumbing and electrical set-outs so rough-ins line up with the structure.
• A brief note explaining any code assumptions made for design loads, clear heights, and material grades.
Acceptance
I will review for dimensional consistency across sheets, correct layering standards in AutoCAD, and clarity of reinforcement call-outs. When those boxes are ticked, we’re done.
Send through a sample of a previous residential drawing set—one combined PDF is fine—so I can judge graphic clarity before we begin.
