Modern Rustic Mixed-Use Development Design

I'm seeking a conceptual design for a mixed-use development that harmoniously combines residential, commercial, and public areas with a heavy emphasis on blending the development in with the natural settings of a rural river environment. The architectural style should be rustic/modern rustic. I have attached a description of the development, along with google earth maps of the projects site and a very rough mock up of where features will be located. The rough sketch design will then be used to create 3D renderings of discussion quality...not marketing quality.
