I’m putting together a contemporary, high-end restaurant that will anchor a new luxury mall development. The overall complex will feature retail stores, a dedicated food court, and an entertainment zone, but this brief focuses on the restaurant itself—its layout, look, and guest experience—woven seamlessly into the wider mall master-plan.
I need an architect/interior designer who can take the modern style I have in mind and translate it into practical drawings and photorealistic visuals. Think clean lines, premium finishes, and a spatial flow that connects naturally to the surrounding retail and leisure areas without losing the restaurant’s distinct identity.
Key deliverables
• Concept mood boards that set the modern tone
• Scaled floor plan showing dining zones, kitchen, service corridors, and connection points to the mall’s circulation paths
• 3D renders (day and night ambience) illustrating materials, lighting, and furniture placement
• Basic MEP and lighting layout to confirm feasibility with mall infrastructure
Acceptance criteria
– Design must comply with local building codes and standard restaurant back-of-house requirements.
– Circulation between the restaurant, adjoining food court, and entertainment wing should feel intuitive for guests.
– All submitted files should be in editable format (DWG or Revit for plans, SketchUp/3ds Max or similar for models, plus high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders).
