Modern Rest House Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a new rest house under construction and I’m ready to lock in a cohesive, modern look inside and out. The scope covers every visible inch—façade treatments, outdoor lounging areas, and the full interior fit-out for the living area, all bedrooms, and the kitchen.
What I need from you: concept development, floor plans, mood boards, 3D renders, and a clear material / colour palette that flows seamlessly from exterior to interior. I’m keen on clean lines, generous natural light, and practical layouts that still feel relaxing and welcoming.
When we’re done, I should be able to hand your package straight to my builder and interior team, so please include precise dimensions and finish specifications alongside the visuals. If you have a preferred toolset—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar—let me know; I mainly care about receiving files that are easy to interpret and revise if needed.
