Modern Residential Finish Selection

I’m building a duplex and need guidance on selecting the right exterior materials and colours (e.g. brick, cladding, render, trims, window frames, roofing).

I want to achieve a cohesive, modern look that works well with the architectural design and surrounding environment.

What I’m Looking For:
• Expert advice on material and colour combinations for the home exterior.
• Recommendations for bricks, cladding, anodised finishes, trims, and paint colours.
• Consideration of durability, maintenance, and cost-effectiveness of suggested materials.
• Guidance on harmonising tones (warm vs cool, contrast vs blend) to suit the design style.
• Requirement: creation of visual mockups/renders to show how different options will look together.

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in architecture, interior/exterior design, or colour consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and finishes (e.g. bricks, cladding, metal, render).
• An eye for detail and design harmony.
• Ability to clearly explain recommendations and provide practical solutions.

Deliverables:
• A shortlist of recommended exterior material and colour combinations.
• Visual examples or mockups (if possible).
• Notes on why certain materials/colours are recommended.
