3D External Architectural Renders for 6-Unit Residential Townhouse Project (2 Colour Options)

Project Description:
We are seeking a freelancer to create external architectural 3D renders for a 6-unit residential townhouse project. The goal is to visualise two distinct colour options for the exterior of the townhouses, using the provided finishes schedules. The renders are intended to assist in selecting the appropriate colour scheme.

Project Scope:

Type of Render: External architectural renders with 2 different colour schemes.

Views Required:
- 4x elevations showing the colour selections.
- 2x 3D perspective views.
- Total of 6 renders per colour option (12 renders in total).

Files Provided:
- PDF drawings of the project.
- Full 3D Revit file in .ifc format.
- Colour and finishes schedules in a Word document.

Render Quality: Photorealistic, with a focus on accurately representing the colours and finishes. These renders are for internal use to assist in decision-making and are not for marketing purposes at this stage.

Style: Modern architectural style.

Deliverables:
- 12 renders in total (6 per colour option).
- Final images to be provided in JPEG or PDF format.

Additional Details:
-Simple landscaping is required to provide context for the renders, representing the environment around the townhouses.
- No furniture or interior detailing is needed.
- No revisions or iterations are expected after the initial delivery.

Deadline:
The final renders must be delivered by 29th October 2024.
