Modern 3D Playground Integration into Architectural PDF

I have a .dwg with the playground equipment in 3D.
I need this transposed onto the cover sheet of the architectural plans since it's a new, last minute addition. The cover sheet has a large image of the building rendering as an elevation drawing. I don't have the CAD file for the cover sheet, so the CAD model will have to be fit onto the PDF, through PDF software or AutoCAD import.
