Modern Minimalist Café Interior

I’m preparing to fit-out a new café and want every square metre planned with a clean, modern-minimalist sensibility. The brief centres on furniture choices and the overall seating layout rather than decorative flourishes, so I’ll rely on you to translate that focus into a welcoming, efficient flow for customers and staff.

Here’s how I picture the collaboration:

• Space planning that balances circulation paths, service counter positioning, and a variety of table settings while keeping the look uncluttered.
• A furniture specification that suits a modern, pared-back aesthetic—think simple lines, durable finishes, and pieces that won’t overwhelm the interior.
• Drawings and 3D renders (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) that clearly communicate the plan to my contractor. Please include at least one bird’s-eye floor plan and three perspective views.
• A concise materials list with dimensions, quantities, and purchase links or supplier references so procurement is straightforward.

Feel free to suggest subtle lighting accents or surface treatments if they reinforce the minimalist theme, but remember the heart of this job is getting the furniture layout right. I’ll provide the floor dimensions, existing MEP points, and brand colours as soon as we kick off.
